Where and how is happiness found? Those are questions that have been asked for eons. Maybe, the key answer is that happiness may not be something we ‘find,’ but something we come to realize? Perhaps rather than something we seek, its something we embrace?
So often, we spend a big chunk of our life seeking happiness and the reason seems to be, we don’t really know what happiness is. More often than not, we have what it takes to be happy and ironically, it’s been inside us the whole time, just waiting to be ‘found.’
