The Only Five Positive Affirmations You May Ever Need

https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100063484929929Becoming a positive person has its challenges, but remaining positive, can sometimes be even harder. Lets face it, this world can at times be quite traumatic and trying.

I love when people commit to being more positive and happy, because doing so is a conscious choice we make, so the rewards are really open and available to everyone. One thing that I have found to be a tremendous help, are positive affirmations.

Positive affirmations are typically short optimistic statements we repeat to ourselves that are intended to rid our minds of negative thoughts and behaviors.  Positive affirmations are beneficial in helping us to build self-confidence, lessen the impact of stress and also in conditioning us to replace critical self-talk with uplifting and inspiring self-assurances.

Some people have a set of positive affirmations that they use all the time, while others have just one — there is no right or wrong on that, as the important thing is to use what works best for individual needs.

These five affirmations however, may be the only ones we really ever need on a long-term basis:

1.      I am enough.

2.      I have the strength and motivation to create a happy life.

3.      I am capable of managing my life.

4.      I have the willpower to change for the better.

5.      I can accomplish any goal I set my mind to.

These five affirmations reinforce our strength and power to manage and change things for the better — they affirm our power of positive thinking. Becoming a positive person or maintaining positivity, does take focus and effort — but the results are well worth it. Hopefully these positive affirmations resonate with you and if not, try developing your own and stick with them — positivity is a wonderful state of mind.
