Its a terrible thing for someone to feel unloved or as if they don’t matter or aren’t cared for by anyone. In our manic world, more and more people are feeling left out and unloved, even though nothing could be further from the truth.
As people all across the world prepare to celebrate Christmas day, its always a good idea to take a minute away from all of the holiday mania, and reflect on the only true reason for this season. And the true reason, is miraculous.

Do Christians have an inherent obligation to always be loving, kind and compassionate? If yes, do you believe most Christians are aware of that obligation? Sometimes, I’m not so sure…
Have you ever encountered someone who becomes so passionate about a particular cause, that at some point, they make it not about the people they want to help, but about themselves? You probably have, as its all too common.
Hope. One of the most beautiful words ever spoken, heard or read, is the word and concept of hope. Hope for a better and brighter tomorrow. Hope for peace. Hope for…well, the very word itself is positive and bright, isn’t it?
When we’re children, we long to be adults and in an ironic twist, once we’re adults…we yearn for the carefree and innocent days of our youth. Luckily, that’s all pretty normal though and in truth, childhood innocence is a blessing.
What does it mean to be a Christian? And by “mean,” we’re talking about being much more than a Christian in name only — being much more than a Pew warmer or a Sunday holy roller, but a weekday sinner.
I worry that some Christians may not be clear on what it means to be new — to be made fresh and clean, so to speak. Too often, Christians are focused on the old and they miss out on so much joy and happiness.
