One of the wonderful things about striving to be a positive person, is learning new habits and a fresh way of thinking. One of those habits, is to replace negative words and thoughts, with positive ones.
The power of positive thinking really is incredible. By no means is it magic, nor does it make everything perfect, but it truly is a very powerful force. And, its a force we can all tap into.
There are times when it seems like Americans have become irreparably divided. Times when it feels like all we do is disagree and argue. Times when it seems like there is no hope for healing. But, it only seems that way.

Each day, we awake with the choice to be happy or not. As a new day dawns, we have a fresh start to try and focus on hope and positivity, and that includes taking care of or our own psyche.
