Thanksgiving isn’t over — its only just begun. Yes, the official day we call “Thanksgiving” has passed, but the idea of being thankful, is something we should observe every day.
Its important to take a look at what traits, beliefs and attitudes make someone a “positive person.” Its also vital to point out negative traits which if not shed, result in one not actually being positive…even if they think they are.
Reaffirming our core strengths and positive mindset is a critically important part of maintaining an upbeat and optimistic attitude in life. If we believe we are strong, capable and positive, then that will become the reality.
Have you ever encountered someone who becomes so passionate about a particular cause, that at some point, they make it not about the people they want to help, but about themselves? You probably have, as its all too common.
People who live simply and healthy and who maintain a positive attitude, seem to prosper in life — they appear to live long, happy lives. There is a lot to be said for being a person of simplicity, values and peace.
Anger, something we all feel at one point or another in life and perhaps, just part of human nature? But did you know that anger is one of the most toxic emotions/feelings we can have? Anger is quite frankly, completely destructive.
Hope. One of the most beautiful words ever spoken, heard or read, is the word and concept of hope. Hope for a better and brighter tomorrow. Hope for peace. Hope for…well, the very word itself is positive and bright, isn’t it?
How do you measure success? The measurement and definition of success is different for everyone. Some consider the ultimate success to be vast wealth, while others may see it as being universally famous.
When we’re children, we long to be adults and in an ironic twist, once we’re adults…we yearn for the carefree and innocent days of our youth. Luckily, that’s all pretty normal though and in truth, childhood innocence is a blessing.
