How to be happy is a question asked throughout the ages. Everyone wonders how to “find” happiness and people wondered about it a thousand years ago and probably will in a thousand more.
As children in my family, we were encouraged to find a purpose and focus on things that held our interest. We were taught that as as we grew older, our purpose(s) and interests would develop and mature with us. They did.

Something that causes many Christians a bit of confusion is the Old vs. New Testament. There are some Christians who seemingly dwell only in the Old, despite being taught that our future salvation lay in the New.

Every day we have the opportunity to wake up and start fresh – to begin a new day and to commit to making it a good one. One vitally important thing we should do, is tell ourselves how much we matter.
There are those who adamantly believe that it’s how we respond to a situation that matters most. I don’t know if that is always the case, but in some circumstances, it makes perfect sense.
