Its begun. Or has it ever stopped? I’m of course talking about the seemingly unending political posts on social media. For some reason, certain people just can’t help but drag politics into everything.
How many people throughout the ages have achieved their goals and dreams, simply because they were given the right words of encouragement at just the right time? Probably, more than we could ever know.
How to be happy is a question asked throughout the ages. Everyone wonders how to “find” happiness and people wondered about it a thousand years ago and probably will in a thousand more.
As children in my family, we were encouraged to find a purpose and focus on things that held our interest. We were taught that as as we grew older, our purpose(s) and interests would develop and mature with us. They did.
If you believe you can…you will. Positivity takes some focus, but the rewards are magnificent. Its far better to go through life with a sense of hope and optimism, than it is to be mired in negativity. Read on to learn why.
I’ll do it later. I’ll go back to school to get my degree some day. I’ll take that dream trip to Paris one day! We’re all guilty of putting things and people off — how often have we promised to reach out to a friend, only to discover years have now passed?
Every day we have the opportunity to wake up and start fresh – to begin a new day and to commit to making it a good one. One vitally important thing we should do, is tell ourselves how much we matter.
Hope is one of the fundamental tenets of positivity. We have to hold on to hope if we want to shape a brighter today and a better tomorrow. Simply put, hope is vital to life.
We’ve come to recognize red flags in people in order to protect ourselves from their toxicity. But what about what are known as green flags in people? Do we still have the ability to see the kindness and good in people?
